Emiracks is open to players aged 18 and above. By using the platform, users confirm they meet the legal age and eligibility requirements in their country of residence.
Use of Platform
Users agree to use Emiracks solely for discovering, joining, and managing billiards tournaments or venues. Any misuse of the platform, including false information or disruptive behavior, may result in suspension
Tournament Participation
The User Agreement covers essential aspects such as user eligibility, payment terms, modifications to the app services, warranties, intellectual property rights, account suspension or termination, and more. For a comprehensive understanding, users are encouraged to review the complete User Agreement.
Data & Privacy
Emiracks collects limited information such as email addresses, basic profile details, and usage data. This is used to provide tournament access, share updates, and improve the platform. Data is never sold or traded, and is only shared with venue partners when necessary for managing events. Some third-party services (like analytics or email tools) may process data on our behalf under strict agreements. We use secure storage and encryption, though no system is 100% risk-free. Users can view, update, or delete their information at any time, and can opt out of communications. Cookies may also be used to track usage and optimize performance. The policy may be updated periodically, with notice given for major changes
Venue Listings
Venues listed on Emiracks are responsible for the accuracy of their details. Emiracks does not guarantee availability or pricing, and disputes should be resolved directly with the venue.
Limitation of Liability
Emiracks provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties about uninterrupted service. Emiracks is not responsible for issues between players, organizers, or venues.
Modifications
Emiracks reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the latest version.
