This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal data processed through the Emiracks mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described herein.
Data Controller
Emiracks is currently operated as a private digital platform pending formal incorporation. Until a legal entity is established, the individual owner and operator of Emiracks acts as the data controller under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and applicable regulations.

C. Behavioral & Reputation Data:
- Attendance history

Behavioural data forms part of the Platform’s competitive integrity system.
Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed based on user consent, contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, and compliance with UAE law. Where required, explicit consent will be obtained.
Purpose of Processing

- Operate tournaments and venue listings
- Facilitate RSVPs and payments
- Maintain ranking and reliability systems
- Prevent fraud and manipulation
- Enforce platform rules

Public & Reputation Information
Certain information (such as username, player level, rankings, and tournament results) may be visible to other users. By participating, users acknowledge that competitive data forms part of the Platform ecosystem and may affect visibility, eligibility, and reputation status.

- Venues (attendance and participation status)
- Organizers (match-related data)

Personal data may be processed outside the UAE. Emiracks implements safeguards consistent with UAE PDPL standards for cross-border data transfers.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to maintain active accounts, resolve disputes, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations. Anonymized statistical data may be retained indefinitely.
Security
Emiracks implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure. No system guarantees absolute security.
User Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain processing activities by contacting admin@emiracks.com. Certain requests may be limited where data forms part of competitive integrity, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Account Suspension & Integrity
Emiracks reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, ranking manipulation, repeated no-shows, harassment, or violation of tournament rules. Relevant participation data may be retained to protect ecosystem integrity.
Minors
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Emiracks does not knowingly collect personal data from minors without parental consent.

Emiracks may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
